Job Summary

A health insurance companny is seeking a Virtual Claims Business Process Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Correct encounter bypasses and rejects and encounter issue root causes
  • Develop relationships with state partners in order to research issues
  • Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners impacting encounters

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data
  • Healthcare operations / health insurance experience
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
  • Knowledge of relational databases and experience using at least one data query language
  • Claims experience
  • Process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
