Job Summary
A health insurance companny is seeking a Virtual Claims Business Process Technician.
Must be able to:
- Correct encounter bypasses and rejects and encounter issue root causes
- Develop relationships with state partners in order to research issues
- Develop collaborative relationships with internal partners impacting encounters
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data
- Healthcare operations / health insurance experience
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
- Knowledge of relational databases and experience using at least one data query language
- Claims experience
- Process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
