Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Virtual ClickSoftware Architect.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the successful delivery of architectural deliverables as per agreed to project plans
- Documenting the functional inter-dependencies, interfaces, data flow, and messaging between sub-systems
- Architecting, designing, and integrating complex leading-edge business critical Field Services applications
Qualifications for this position include:
- Analysis will incorporate onsite meetings and surveys
- Minimum of 10 + years experience in the architecture, design, service definition, and delivery of Field Service Dispatch & Logistics Management systems
- BA/BS degree highly desired
- Must have Click Software knowledge along with Click Roster, Click Customer Engagement Module, Click Mobile, Click Locate etc
- Experience with ClickSoftware and CRM Field Service Management software suites required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
