Job Summary
A business solutions company has an open position for a Virtual Client Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Design, build, and maintain our relationship with customers from the ground up
- Make sure the clients are being billed properly and their payments are up-to-date
- Upsell some of the many services and features
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong written communication skills
- highly organized
- Business software experience (Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.)
- Download speed of at least 3 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 1.5 Mbps
- Webcam is required
