A health insurance and healthcare company is in need of a Virtual Client Benefit Implementation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Fully document and maintain client's benefit design documentation
- Join forces with quality assurance team to support end-to-end testing
- Directly work with clients to gather business requirements and client specifications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong understanding of PBM Operations, Member Services, Pharmacy Networks, Call Center, and Government program experience
- 2 years of healthcare or PBM experience
- Must have top-rated presentation skills
