Job Summary

An information technology services company has a current position open for a Virtual Client Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Work as both an individual contributor and manager of people
  • Assist with tracking, analyzing, and reporting key client experience metrics
  • Work with the Head of Client Experience to identify areas for team improvement

Qualifications Include:

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong, professional relationships
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience working in a cross-functional setting where decisions/action items were the result of a consensus
  • Ability to determine when a situation calls for additional internal investigation
