Job Summary

A financial services company has an open position for a Virtual Client Server Business Consultant II.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as liaison between end-users and IT organization consultants during IT and technology consulting projects
• Defining specifications and data models for product development and testing
• Assisting client in writing test plans and test cases to ensure enhancements made to applications meet client needs

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage-and home-equity services industry
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven ability to solve problems
• Familiarity with the technical infrastructure of Client Server and Web based applications
• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
• Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
