Job Summary

A risk management company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Client Service Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Execute product implementations and day to day client services of multiple accounts
  • Work hand in hand with sales to ensure customer engagement and commitment
  • Effectively communicate with customers, sales and internal teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor degree in law enforcement, business, computer science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in law enforcement or related law enforcement software industry
  • Experience in customer service, software project management, and remote working conditions
  • Successful demonstrated project management skills
  • Working knowledge of front line Law Enforcement process/practice
  • Strong telephone communication and remote presentation skills
