Our roles are audio/visual positions, which communicates with our clients' via phone and possibly video. The successful candidate will be able to achieve our customer support goals as well as exceed our clients' expectations.

This is a Contract (1099)position. We have part-time and full-time positions currently available.

About the role:
The Client Service & Support Specialist will:

Understand, address and answer account specific questions and place sales as required.
Deliver exceptional quality service by utilizing all available channels and tools to maintain the customer's account.
Build productive trusting relationships with our customers.
Independently problem solve and be able to troubleshoot general technical issues.
Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Be comfortable and capable of working through challenges on the phone with customers regarding their accounts in order to achieve the desired result.


Requirements for this role:
Direct customer facing/interaction experience (virtual customer service experience preferred).
Track record of over-achieving customer service performance metrics.
Understand & know the benefits of using the CAUSE Model on each call.
Strong time management, multi-tasking skills as well as being comfortable with change.
Possess strong decision making ability and pay close attention to detail.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Absolutely must be a Team player/member.
Mandatory attendance, completion, and passing of training/certification programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft products (Excel & Word),SharePoint, Instant Messenger, Skype. Additional experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) a plus!
Experience in customer service cross sells a plus!

Work at Home Additional Information. Each Role Requires:
A fully operable home office environment (with a closed door) that is free from background noise and distractions.
The ability to operate independently and maintain a quiet, remote work environment.
A person who thrives in a self-paced environment.
The ability to sit in front of a PC monitor for extended periods of time.

Technical Requirements. Each Role Requires:
A high speed broadband internet service provider that has a major internet service provider speed/bandwidth.
A home office space that candidates should have their own computer, and land-line telephone that meets our requirements. Please contact your internet service provider for confirmation.
(NO Smart phone, Tablets or iPads) used for servicing.
(NO Wireless Internet)
(NO Dial up or Satellite internet service providers). A hardwired internet connection is required to perform the duties of our roles.

Other Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or Military experience. Associates or Bachelors degree a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a direct customer contact and service focused role.
Prior/proven remote, telecommute, or virtual experience desired
Must be able to successfully pass a multi-level background check and drug-screening.
