A developer of applicant tracking software has an open position for a Virtual Client Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing 8 hours of frontline phone and email customer service/support daily to clients
  • Working as a team to meet and exceed Client Service Level Agreements
  • Personalizing client interaction by asking questions to learn the client’s goals and offering insightful suggestions
