Job Summary
An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing excellent customer service by serving as a resource to all internal and external customers
- Documenting all patient interactions completely, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Responding to incoming provider and enrollee calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry
- 2 years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Ability to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- Must have a New York State ID
- Experience working within the Healthcare Industry
