A healthcare company is seeking a Virtual Clinical Review Speech Therapist.
Must be able to:
- Make determinations of medical necessity / clinical appropriateness of treatment
- Regularly contact providers whose treatment determinations indicate a trend
- Be knowledgeable on and apply all necessary regulatory requirements for assigned regions
Position Requirements Include:
- Unrestricted license Speech Therapy in your state of residence
- 3+ years’ experience in Physical Therapy working with diverse populations, Special Needs, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong decision-making and administrative skills
- Strong knowledge of practice guidelines
- Ability to interpret guidelines, research, etc. in the context of traditional Speech Therapy practice
