Job Summary
A clothing and accessories rental company is filling a position for a Virtual Clothing Rental Customer Experience Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Customer Experience Associates
- “Closing” Customer Experience nightly
- Maintaining department KPIs for service levels and quality and driving consistency across all teams
