A network of primarily remote tech companies needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Cloud Based Transactional Email Customer Support Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Helping customers with both technical and non-technical issues and questions
Reviewing customer accounts

Required Skills:

1+ years experience in a customer-facing technical support role
