Job Summary

A cloud services company is in need of a Virtual Cloud Operations Manager in Eagan.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and updating Partner private cloud environments
  • Building and maintaining large-scale Microsoft Remote Desktop and web delivery environments
  • Researching and scoping hardware requirements and procurement

Qualifications Include:

  • An IT degree and/or 6-8 years of relevant and recent work experience
  • Strong skill set in IT Service Management
  • Thorough knowledge of System Architecture
  • A proven track record contributing to major enterprise level projects
  • Strong crisis control skills
  • First rate written and oral communication skills
