Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Virtual Commercial Contracts Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, editing, negotiating and finalizing customer sales, channel partner, procurement and other agreements
- Reviewing non-routine or specialized sales contracts, terms and conditions, and RFPs
- Liaising with finance, legal, sales operations, and other business units
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-6 years’ experience preferred in-house experience
- Significant experience drafting agreements and negotiating transactions involving technology
- High proficiency with electronic document management software and systems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
