A staffing agency has an open position for a Virtual Commercial Litigator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with managing attorney(s) to devise efficient defense strategies
- Performing all legal work, legal drafting, and advice and counsel to clients
- Dealing with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- California and/or New York bar
- Commercial litigation experience
- Remote work only so you must have a distraction-free environment in which to work
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Outstanding communication skills
