Job Summary
A global business services company is in need of a Virtual Communications Call Center Customer Account Specialist in Baton Rouge.
Must be able to:
- Assess customers’ needs, suggesting products & services for their needs
- Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns
- Manage customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience
- 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years customer service experience
- You must have high-speed internet connection available in your home
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
