A data science company has an open position for a Virtual Community Manager.
Must be able to:
- Devise KPIs and goals for our community outreach
- Create audience personas that our workshops could be targeted towards
- Manage and improve our Slack community
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to iterate on community strategy using data
- Experience managing a community
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Familiarity with messaging tools like Intercom and Mailchimp
- Experience working with data to drive marketing decisions
- Experience focusing on revenue and performance metrics
