Job Summary

A data science company has an open position for a Virtual Community Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Devise KPIs and goals for our community outreach
  • Create audience personas that our workshops could be targeted towards
  • Manage and improve our Slack community

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to iterate on community strategy using data
  • Experience managing a community
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with messaging tools like Intercom and Mailchimp
  • Experience working with data to drive marketing decisions
  • Experience focusing on revenue and performance metrics
