Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Virtual Compliance Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making outbound calls to engage members and/or providers to verify clinical information
- Documenting all calls and attaching clinical information received
- Creating and sending out written correspondence
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience working in a compliance or utilization review setting
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
- Working knowledge of computers
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
