Job Summary

An e-commerce lifestyle retailer is seeking a Virtual Contact Center Customer Service Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming customer calls, chats, and emails in a professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
  • Researching and troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months experience in a customer service related role
  • Must provide PC, two monitors, keyboard, mouse and wired internet
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekend, and holidays as necessary
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
