Job Summary
An e-commerce lifestyle retailer is seeking a Virtual Contact Center Customer Service Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming customer calls, chats, and emails in a professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels, as needed
- Researching and troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a customer service related role
- Must provide PC, two monitors, keyboard, mouse and wired internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours such as evening, weekend, and holidays as necessary
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
