A consumer services company has a current position open for a Virtual Contact Tracer in Houston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
• Call contacts of newly diagnosed patients
• Collect and record information on symptoms into the web-based platform

Qualifications for this position include:

• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• High school diploma, or equivalent required
