A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Contracts Manager in Boca Raton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and negotiating a high volume of contracts
- Mastering and seeking to continue to improve the internal contracting process
- Ensuring fully executed contracts are properly entered into the contracts management system
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry
- Prior in-house experience as a member of a legal department
- Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, problem-solve and operate in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information using excellent discretion and judgment
- Contract management systems, electronic signature systems and other legal software and systems
