Job Summary
A human resources and financial services company is seeking a Virtual Conversion Rate Optimization Digital Marketing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing and fully owning conversion rate optimization strategies
- Establishing goals and creating appropriate reports to track progress
- Developing journey maps across the site to evaluate conversion rates
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years’ experience in CRO and managing high traffic websites/eCommerce platforms
- Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms
- Experience with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture/Adobe Analytics
- Experience in paid media (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic Display)
- Experience working within a complex multi-product organization
- Ideal candidate will have a background in Account Based Marketing & B2B
