Job Summary

A mobile software company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Corporate Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements
• Create enterprise contracts
• Drive organizational awareness of customer requirements, confidentiality requirements, etc

Required Skills:

• Degrees from an undergraduate university and an accredited law school.
• 8+ years legal experience at a technology law firm, or split between a law firm and in-house counsel
• Innate curiosity to understand the company's technology and business model
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and work streams across multiple teams
