Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Telecommuting Corporate Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping others improve their design workflow by adopting best-in-class technology
- Engaging with the design community in your local design community
- Contributing to the growth and adoption of company software across our small to medium sized business customer base
Qualifications Include:
- At least one year of experience managing a post-sale book of business of 100 or more SMB accounts
- Comfort engaging with end-users, evangelizing InVision and driving adoption across multiple stakeholder groups
- Worked directly with customers or internal stakeholders through remote and in-person presentations
- The ability to thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment
- Passion for design
