Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Virtual Corporate Human Resources Assistant in the Winchester Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining employee records
- Entering and updating employee files in HRIS
- Providing new employee orientation
Position Requirements Include:
- Assists with on-site recruiting efforts
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications
- Experience with payroll/HRIS/ATS software
- Minimum 1 years of experience working in a Human Resource capacity
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
