A full-service bookkeeping and accounting services company has an open position for a Virtual Corporate Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with Management Team to ensure understanding of the expectations of the job
- Finding, attracting and engaging passive talent for crucial openings and talent pools
- Qualifying, screening, and conducting virtual interviews with prospective candidates
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated success in a high production, full life cycle recruiting role of active and passive candidates
- Exceptional sourcing skills; familiarity with a variety of creative techniques and channels to identify quality candidates
- Possesses a good eye for talent with the ability to quick screen resumes to identify fit
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques
- Strong computer skills and experience working with Jobvite or other recruiting/applicant tracking software
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in recruiting
