Job Summary
A corporate travel management company has a current position open for a Virtual Corporate Travel Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Apply client travel policy and requirements to each interaction
- Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in the travel industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Knowledgeable of travel industry systems, including Sabre GDS
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
