Job Summary
A travel services company is filling a position for a Virtual Corporate Travel Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Searching and confirming travel reservations for the customer
- Providing travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
- Providing the customer with the required industry information
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Knowledgeable with travel industry systems (i.e. GDS)
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages
