Job Summary
A real estate services and investment management company has a current position open for a Virtual Corrigo Platform Administrator in Bellevue.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the overall integrity of the Corrigo system
- Managing operations to mitigate operational risk
- Providing system and user process documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing CMMS/ work order applications,
- 5+ years’ experience in Performance Management and Data and Analytics
- Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets
- Above-average aptitude for technology and systems
- Highly proficient in MS Office
