Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Virtual COVID 19 Special Populations Emotional Support Outreach Team Lead.
Must be able to:
- Research the COVID-19 pandemic
- Brainstorm ways to connect with general and specific populations which have been disproportionality hit by COVID-19
- Establish relationships with key community contacts
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Degree in a related behavioral health field
- Skilled in active listening
- Ability to develop meaningful connection and empathize
- Able to offer reassurance, practical assistance, psycho-education and emotional support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle high levels of stress
