Job Summary
An organization that connects book publishing professionals needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Creatives Community Intern.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Offering customer support
- Contributing to curating the marketplace
- Onboarding new professionals to present the product to them
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience automating and scaling outreach
- Strong writing skills
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Great understanding of onboarding and conversion rate optimization
- Customer support experience (Intercom, Crisp, Zendesk, etc)
- Native level English speaker
