Job Summary
A provider of fan interaction services is seeking a Virtual CRM Strategist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Build automated campaigns that feel extremely personalized through the right triggers and custom content
- Work with our data team to understand the biggest challenges our customers face
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of CRM comms or processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ years working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 3+ years in CRM role
- Experience building out lifecycle communication strategy across a customer’s lifecycle
- Strategic and creative skills to turn meaningful insights into actionable plans
- Experience working with marketing analytics and performance optimization
