A luxury travel company is seeking a Virtual Cruise Supplier Relations Director in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering on company strategies, goals and KPI's and operational objectives
- Providing training and escalation support
- Coaching and developing advisor behaviors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in a manager capacity, in leisure Travel
- 10+ years travel industry experience
- Strong knowledge/relationships with our cruise partners
- Computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience with Sabre and Client Base required
