Job Summary

A major nationwide food service provider is in need of a Virtual Culinary Equipment and Supplies Solutions Customer Service Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure team achieves productivity and financial goals
  • Develop and enhance processes
  • Lead individuals and team in all aspects of customer support

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in servicing customer or commensurate experience in CES Solutions Center
  • Proven ability to expertly serve customers and inside colleagues
  • MS Office experience/expertise
  • Expertise in work process flow, managing workloads, and process improvement
  • Telecom switch / routing and reporting essential
