Job Summary
A major nationwide food service provider is in need of a Virtual Culinary Equipment and Supplies Solutions Customer Service Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Ensure team achieves productivity and financial goals
- Develop and enhance processes
- Lead individuals and team in all aspects of customer support
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in servicing customer or commensurate experience in CES Solutions Center
- Proven ability to expertly serve customers and inside colleagues
- MS Office experience/expertise
- Expertise in work process flow, managing workloads, and process improvement
- Telecom switch / routing and reporting essential
