Job Summary
A for-profit education company is in need of a Virtual Curriculum Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Create and manipulate of Fuel Education and hosted customer internal courses
- Load courses to external customers across multiple Learning Management Systems
- Triage all curriculum support tickets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and two years of related experience (including customer support experience, working directly with customers and clients, instructional or student experience on one or more learning management systems) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and Web proficiency
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and establish priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high levels of quality and productivity
- Ability and patience to accomplish extremely repetitive tasks in a timely manner
- Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of a variety of Learning Management Systems
- Ability to pass required background check
