Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Virtual Bilingual Spanish Customer Care Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assessing calls to provide service immediately, be transferred, or require follow-up for client resolution.
  • Identifying customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case
  • Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services

Qualifications Include:
