Job Summary

A human resources and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Care Client Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and responding directly to client escalated issues
  • Developing and executing plans to improve customer satisfaction and overall quality
  • Representing Customer Care perspective and influence decisions by integrating with domains

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Deep knowledge of client requirements
  • Call center operations management experience
  • General system environment and process flow
  • Understand of Plan Management/Operations/Domain functions
  • Knowledge of CS best practices and service related best practices (high level)
  • Multiple service (DB, HM, HR, Payroll, etc.) business knowledge based on current and projected clients
