Job Summary
A human resources and financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Care Client Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and responding directly to client escalated issues
- Developing and executing plans to improve customer satisfaction and overall quality
- Representing Customer Care perspective and influence decisions by integrating with domains
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Deep knowledge of client requirements
- Call center operations management experience
- General system environment and process flow
- Understand of Plan Management/Operations/Domain functions
- Knowledge of CS best practices and service related best practices (high level)
- Multiple service (DB, HM, HR, Payroll, etc.) business knowledge based on current and projected clients
