Job Summary
A company that provides moving services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Experience Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing end-to-end management of local and long-distance moves
- Communicating and coordinating with users via in-app chat, email and phones
- Collaborating with our product, operations, and marketing teams
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles
- Excellent writer and communicator with strong attention to detail and grammar
- Passionate about customer experience and WOW-ing customers through service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing and evolving environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively towards individual goals
