Job Summary
A marketing service provider is filling a position for a Virtual Customer Experience Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing strategic direction and manages the ongoing performance of the Business lines
- Partnering with internal and external customers to identify and execute operational excellence initiatives
- Preparing and delivering executive summaries to internal and external stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Client and/or relationship management skills
- Strong customer service leadership experience along with call center experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience typically requires 8 years minimum demonstrated strategic leadership experience
