Job Summary
A provider of outsourced business solutions has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Experience Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Multitasking with incoming phone calls, including scheduling appointments
- Handling clientele needs, both on the phone and in email
- Multitasking with paying an invoice, or providing directions to one of our clients' offices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Organized and comfortable working alone
- Self-motivated and dedicated to the role
- Must meet technological home office requirements listed by company
