Job Summary

A provider of outsourced business solutions has a current position open for a Virtual Customer Experience Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Multitasking with incoming phone calls, including scheduling appointments
  • Handling clientele needs, both on the phone and in email
  • Multitasking with paying an invoice, or providing directions to one of our clients' offices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • Organized and comfortable working alone
