Job Summary

A global company is seeking a Virtual Customer Insights Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing analytical support
  • Transforming customer experience data and analytics
  • Deriving insights from both structured and unstructured data and various business systems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing research, customer insights or related field
  • Experience leveraging external firms and contractors to augment internal teams and capabilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally and developing influence without authority
  • Experience in interpreting customer insights and crafting/delivering insightful presentations to stakeholders
  • Different approaches to measuring customer experience (e.g. Net Promoter, Satisfaction, etc.)
