Job Summary
A global company is seeking a Virtual Customer Insights Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing analytical support
- Transforming customer experience data and analytics
- Deriving insights from both structured and unstructured data and various business systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing research, customer insights or related field
- Experience leveraging external firms and contractors to augment internal teams and capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally and developing influence without authority
- Experience in interpreting customer insights and crafting/delivering insightful presentations to stakeholders
- Different approaches to measuring customer experience (e.g. Net Promoter, Satisfaction, etc.)
