Job Summary

A moving company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing technical support and assistance
  • Receiving and handling a large number of inbound calls daily
  • Listening to customer concerns, documenting them and, resolving when able

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Can handle multiple phone lines and easily handle stressful situations
  • Communicate efficiently through an instant messaging program
  • Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
  • Must have a perfect home-office which includes being free of distractions and background noise
  • Good understanding of U.S. geography
