Job Summary
A moving company has an open position for a Virtual Customer Service Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls and providing technical support and assistance
- Receiving and handling a large number of inbound calls daily
- Listening to customer concerns, documenting them and, resolving when able
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Can handle multiple phone lines and easily handle stressful situations
- Communicate efficiently through an instant messaging program
- Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
- Must have a perfect home-office which includes being free of distractions and background noise
- Good understanding of U.S. geography
