A staffing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Customer Service Agent in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Taking inbound phone calls
- Helping customers lower their cost on a certain prescriptions
- Verifying insurance with medical insurance company
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 1 year recent call center experience
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Must have High Speed Internet and Ability to work from home
- Steady work history with no attendance issues
- Ability to work with a high level of responsibility and detail
- Must be open to a flexible schedule and open to work weekends
