A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Virtual Customer Service and Sales Representative in Brownsville.
Must be able to:
- Proactively aim to resolve issues on the first call
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening regarding sales
- Respond respectively, carefully and effectively to handle all customer inquiries via phone and email
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
