A non-profit higher education institution is in need of a Virtual Customer Service Course Peer Reviewer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing course outline
- Reading and evaluating courseware
- Providing feedback on courses’ overall rigor, quality, and cohesiveness
Qualifications for this position include:
- Advanced degree in the discipline of the course OR
- Actively pursuing advanced degree
- Experience teaching the particular course to be reviewed
