Job Summary

An online retailer is filling a position for a Virtual US Customer Service HR Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide full cycle Human Resources support to the Customer Service Operations team
  • Implement and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, workforce planning, etc
  • Own programs that run across the broader HR team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and/or related area
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
  • Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
  • Able to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures
