Job Summary

An online retailer is filling a position for a Virtual US Customer Service HR Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Provide full cycle Human Resources support to the Customer Service Operations team
Implement and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, workforce planning, etc
Own programs that run across the broader HR team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and/or related area
Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
Able to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures
