Job Summary
An online retailer is filling a position for a Virtual US Customer Service HR Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide full cycle Human Resources support to the Customer Service Operations team
- Implement and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, workforce planning, etc
- Own programs that run across the broader HR team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and/or related area
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- Able to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures
