Job Summary

A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Customer Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a team of 12 to 18 virtual consultants at varying skill levels
  • Effectively interviewing and recommending candidates for hire
  • Supervising Sales and Service Consultants answering calls and/or emails from customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3 years leadership experience
  • 1 years leading a virtual team
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
  • College degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience
