Job Summary
A retail company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Customer Service Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of 12 to 18 virtual consultants at varying skill levels
- Effectively interviewing and recommending candidates for hire
- Supervising Sales and Service Consultants answering calls and/or emails from customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years leadership experience
- 1 years leading a virtual team
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solver with a proven track record of driving results
- College degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience
