Job Summary

A customer relationship management provider is filling a position for a Virtual Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing consumer education to save in-warranty and service contract calls
  • Assisting consumers and customers in setting up service repair for their appliances
  • Utilizing selling techniques and CBR (case base reasoning) to retain and increase the out of warranty business

Required Skills:

  • Minimum one year customer service or sales experience required
  • High school or GED required
  • Must work a minimum of 10 hours per week
