Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Virtual Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing personalized tax preparation software support
  • Managing inbound phone calls and video customer service
  • Helping customers who are working on tax returns with both product and software inquiries
